2. Conducive to maintaining the chemical stability of the pigment:
If the pigment is used directly, because the pigment directly contacts the air during storage and use, the pigment will absorb water and oxidize. After being made into a masterbatch, the resin carrier isolates the pigment from air and moisture, which can make the quality of the pigment indefinite change.
3. Ensure the stability of product color:
The mother particle is similar to the resin particle, which is more convenient and accurate in measurement. It will not stick to the container when mixing, and the mixing with the resin is more uniform. Therefore, it can ensure the stability of the added amount and the color of the product. Especially for ABS and PC color masterbatch, because of the need for baking material during injection molding, if the toner is used, it is easy to be dried, which will cause the color difference of the injection molded parts, but this will not happen when using the color masterbatch.
